Our company background Lih Kuoh Enterprise was established in 1990 by the founder and chairman of an influential industry group, the Taipei County Embroidery Association of Taiwan. We are part of a larger company, Ta Cherng Embroidery. Our offices and ISO 9001:2000-certified factory are located in the Technology Industrial Zone of San Chuan City, Taiwan.
